Non-custom, non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are:

• Unwashed

• In original condition and packaging

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
