Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Heaven Bound Homestead Creations. Because our products are custom-made and personalized, we ask that you review this policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom & Personalized Items

All customized, embroidered, sublimated, or personalized items are final sale and non-refundable. This includes items with names, dates, scripture selections, color changes, or special design requests.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to:

• Incorrect size selection

• Spelling errors submitted by the customer

• Change of mind after production begins

Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.

Non-Custom Items

Non-personalized items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused and unwashed

• The item is in its original condition

• The item is returned in original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item

• Description of the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet begun. Once production starts, cancellations are not permitted.
