Because many of our items are custom-made and personalized, all sales are final on personalized, custom, and made-to-order products.

Return Process
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds are available for approved returns that meet our return policy requirements.
Processing Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return the eligible item and place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started. Custom orders cannot be canceled once processing begins.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve any concerns in a timely and Christ-centered manner.
